Mrs. George built this unit in a hotel room in Beijing in the summer of 2026, teaching it to third and fourth graders the same week she was making it. Her own words about that summer: “What an amazing experience working with students on the other side of the world!” Every slide ends with a Think About It question, because the point of a gifted lesson is the question the kid takes home.
